OptimumClean
OptimumClean is a concept for a next-generation housekeeping operating system built for hotels that need consistency, clarity, and predictable workflow at scale. Instead of treating housekeeping as a set of isolated tasks, the project reframes it as an integrated operational discipline—measured, coordinated, and managed through one coherent structure. The goal was simple: eliminate daily chaos and create a system where time, quality, and resources follow a stable logic rather than intuition or crisis response. OptimumClean is designed to bring hotel operations closer to the precision of aviation or manufacturing, without disrupting the human element that defines hospitality.

The system introduces a unified framework for organising work, monitoring quality, and coordinating teams across entire hotel buildings. It supports managers with structured decision-making, gives supervisors transparent quality checkpoints, and provides room attendants with clear, consistent workflows aligned with real operational constraints. At its core, OptimumClean establishes a standard: one language for tasks, one rhythm for daily operations, and one source of truth for the entire housekeeping department. My role was to design the full architecture—process logic, operational flow, layer hierarchy, and the foundations for a digital system capable of supporting hotels from boutique properties to large multi-floor networks.OptimumClean is not a cleaning service. It is a blueprint for how modern hotels can regain operational control, stabilise quality, and scale their standards with confidence.
